Needs Analysis

The first step in any plan is to conduct a needs analysis. EduTec will put a plan of action together that looks at the big picture. Step one: Initial meeting- EduTec consultants will first get a feel for your businesses and listen to any concerns, input, and perceived needs. At this point the lead liaison from your company will be asked to gather specific data for EduTec's analysis. This information will include but not be limited to:

c: Overview of current hardware
d: Current technology support structure
e: Technology PD Plan
f: Appointments to interview a cross section of business employees
g; A meeting time with network administrators/ specialists and any other IT professionals.

Step two: Edutec will analyze and develop a plan of action to meet your businesses current and future technology needs.
