Needs Analysis

The first step in any plan is to conduct a needs analysis. EduTec will put a plan of action together that looks at the big picture. Our Professionals will develop a comprehensive systematic approach to analyzing the current state of a districts technology and then make recommendations for implementing a long range incremental plan to integrate technology into the curriculum.

Step one: Initial meeting: EduTec consultants will first get a feel for the districts state of technology and listen to any concerns, input, and perceived needs. At this point the lead liaison from the district will be asked to gather specific data for EduTec's analysis. This data will include but not be limited to:

a: A copy of the curriculum
b: Network design blueprints
c: List of current software.
d: Overview of current hardware
e: Current technology support structure
f: Technology PD Plan
g: Current technology integration plan
h: Appointments to interview a cross section of district educators
i: A meeting time with network administrators/media specialists and curriculum coordinators.

Step two: EduTec will analyze and develop a plan of action to meet the districts current and future technology needs.

Step three: After EduTec's thorough analysis our team will present its findings and make recommendations for action. EduTec will be with you every step of the way to ensure that our shared vision of your plans for success are carrried out correctly and smoothly.
